[ANN] new Mentors: Sander, Justin

Hey all,

The Apache Petri PMC has voted to approve two mentors for future projects:

* Sander Striker
* Justin Erenkrantz

At some point, we'll get a web page listed all available mentors, what
communities they are working with, and if they have time available for
future projects.
