WSE 2.0TP namespaces

Hi

I'm wondering why a .NET webservice client (WSE 2.0TP) is using a 
different namespace from oasis:

WSE: xmlns:wsse="http://schemas.xmlsoap.org/ws/2002/12/secext"
Oasis spec: 
xmlns:wsse="http://www.docs.oasis-open.org/wss/2004/01/oasis-200401-wss-wssecurity-secext-1.0.xsd

Can someone please shed some light on this?
