[CANCEL][VOTE] Release o.a.s.repoinit.parser 1.0.0 and o.a.s.repoinit.oak.jcr 1.0.0

Based on Oliver's comments I'll cancel this release to cleanup the
oak-jcr module first.

Renaming the module to o.a.s.jcr.repoinit makes sense and is more
consistent with our usual naming so I'll do that as well.
