Web page describing ASF-wide mailing lists?

What has happened to the page describing the various ASF-wide mailing lists?

For example: committers, announce, press, etc?

I thought there used to be such a list but I cannot find it now.

Anyone know where it is now?

Yes, I know about lists.a.o.
But it only shows the list names, not their function/readership.

I'm fairly sure there used to be a page which described what the
various ASF-wide lists were used for.
And who was permitted to subscribe in some cases.

You can see a full list at https://lists.apache.org/list.html?apache.org
Click "Other Lists" to see a dropdown of those which don't fit in the top
bar.
