Can't compile with Borland BCC 5.5.1

Hi,
  I'm having a problem compiling Xerces-c 2.3.0 with Borland BCC 5.5.1.
The compiler says internal error F1004 at XMLValidator.cpp line 252.
Has anyone had similar problem and worked around it?

Can you try to build with patch attached to Bug 20353
