   Now, our documents are located in many places, such as wiki, help doc. And it is difficult to maintain. Because if we need to add a document, there are many places to  modify. and user usually don't known where to get what they want.
   
   For this reason, we want to reorganize our document to make it "write once, use every where"
   
   This ticket will record all the work we will do. With this work, we can use one document to fulfill our all needs.  To generate documents in website, to generate PDF manual to download, to generate help documents which can be used with `help` command.
