   @snicoll Could you help to review this pr :-) this is an important improvement for transaction implementation in RocketMQ. Unlike other similar messaging solution, RockeMQ provides local sending side transactions, ensuring that your local operations, such as inserting local databases and sending messages, are in one transaction. This feature is very important for the financial industry.
