[BUG]: Where is the cocoon.xconf?

Hi,

who has deleted the cocoon.xconf from the src/webapp directory? And why?

And building the webapp is not possible either:
\build.xml:1122: IOException

Please correct this ASAP.

Me.

Because it's not secure. Moved to /WEB-INF.
This has been written in the CVS commit message.
