apache.yubitoma.or.jp - Stop

Hi,

We have decided to quit providing mirroring service
, apache.yubitoma.or.jp as an official mirror of apache.org
(http://apache.yubitoma.or.jp/ - Japan)
We found it that our server did not have sufficient spec enough
to support terrific download requests from our country day in
and day out.

Could you (Erik?) please remove this entry
from site-tools/mirrors/mirrors.list?
