又吉です。

何とかダイアログを再現できました。
(繰り返し表示される事象は再現できませんでしたが、)

このダイアログはOpenOfficeのものではなく、MacOSが出すダイアログの様です。

OpenOfficeのプロファイルの場所を調べようとネットで検索したところ、
偶然英語版のリリースノートに既知の問題として載っていることを見つけました。

MacBookAir 2012(Mac OS X 10.8.2) で OOo3.4.1(AOO341m1) を
通常起動->終了->起動、強制終了->起動などを試してみましたが、再現できませんでした。
