[HOWTO] Apache+Tomcat

I'm not sure if there is any interest in this at this point.
I was able to configure Tomcat to automatically start up when
Apache is started just like JServ.

I'm sure there is a reason why the Tomcat dev team has not 
documented this yet. Probably for security reasons (not really
sure). But for those who can't wait the following is how I did
it.
