New project logo

Hello everyone,

As we've recently completed our search for a new logo, I've taken the
liberty to open a PR to put the new logo on the website:
https://github.com/apache/avro/pull/2594

In addition to this, we should update the logo here:
https://www.apache.org/logos/

I've added a new Jira issue for that: AVRO-3907
<https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/AVRO-3907>

Any ideas for improvements?
