WARN message in core.log - How to fix ?

on tomcat 4.1.18

in core.log i recieve the follow msg

WARN    (2003-03-14) 13:44.14:552   [core.manager]

Looking up component on an uninitialized ComponentLocator with hint

how can i fix this problem?

cocoon serve the website without any problem
