support for validate activity / validate attribute in activities

Hello,

I want to make correct error handling in the bpel process and validate
variable content. In the bpel spec I have seen that there is a basic
activity validate. Ode does not support validation of variables at the
moment. Is there anything planned in this direction?

Nothing planned, for now at least it's not a very popular feature and nobody
has really volunteered for it (although I understand it can be useful for
debugging). But if you feel like scratching your own itch, eventual
contributors are very, very welcome :)
