Simple I18N Manager for the IMAP protocol layer

Hi,

 

I have been playing around with the attached I18N manager for the IMAP
protocol.

Feel free to check it out. I use it for those messages that are
displayed directly to the end user.

i've gone through the exceptions and hopefully most are i18nable now.
please jump in if there's more to do on that.
