> A schema that had xs:string elements with dfdl:outputNewLine="" caused an Unparse Error with a very unhelpful message. This property should never be empty. Need to ensure the OutputNewLineCooker is doing the right thing an ensuring the the value is not empty, and throw and SDE if so.
