### Steps to Reproduce
When ALL data is less than 1e-10, there is a problem in drawing the value axis, resulting in a drawing error.

@Ovilia 看起来这个问题还是没有解决，我看内部使用ROUND_SUPPORTED_PRECISION_MAX对 toFixed 的最大值有限制，为了保证兼容性限制在了 20 但是低于 20 的小数绘制仍然会存在问题。

The use of the min max attribute value will also cause drawing errors under e-20 circumstances. You can refer to the drawing effect of e20.
