* Reporting schedule: February, May, August, November
* Next report date: Wed Mar 21 2018
This is clearly wrong.
A quick scan shows the getWednesdays method does not work if the current day of the month does not exist in the next month: e.g. 31st (Jan) does not exist in Feb.
