   ### Summary
   
   Adds the first dedicated unit test suite for `OpsNameServerDTO`, the payload of the ops namesrv address update endpoint.
   
   The DTO requires a non-blank `namesrvAddr`, which may carry a semicolon-separated address list. The tests cover the single/multi address forms and the null/blank rejections.
   
   ### Changes
   
   - `server/src/test/java/org/apache/rocketmq/studio/ops/OpsNameServerDTOTest.java`
     - `acceptsNamesrvAddr`: a single endpoint passes validation.
     - `acceptsMultiAddressList`: the semicolon-separated form passes.
     - `rejectsMissingNamesrvAddr` / `rejectsBlankNamesrvAddr`: null or blank address yields the `namesrvAddr is required` violation.
   
   ### Testing
   
   - `mvn -B test -Dtest=OpsNameServerDTOTest` passes (4 tests, all green).
