I created a hdfs user, I created {{/etc/hadoop}} folder, and started installer.

The API correctly showed the 2 issues. However the UI showed 0 issues on all fronts (screenshot attached). Please create a issue per issue-type and verify they show up correctly.

Also, when there are no hosts, the accordion entries should be expandable with appropriate information inside (screenshot attached) for consistency. Also, the accordion sections look too heavy - we should use the {{collapse}} bootstrap components which look very light-weight [http://twitter.github.io/bootstrap/javascript.html#collapse]

> Currently we model host->issue-type->issues. We should reverse that map in code to be issue-type->issues->hosts. Generally an issue might exist in multiple hosts (like /etc/hadoop/conf existing in 10 hosts). So in that case we need to have the 10 hosts in an array for the issue of /etc/hadoop/conf path.
