[jira] [Created] (ATLAS-2280) Recovering lost/bad index data
Madhan Neethiraj created ATLAS-2280:
---------------------------------------
Summary: Recovering lost/bad index data
Key: ATLAS-2280
URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ATLAS-2280
Project: Atlas
Issue Type: Bug
Components: atlas-core
Reporter: Madhan Neethiraj
Atlas uses a graph DB (Titan/JanusGraph), which stores data in a store like HBase. In additions to this, the graph DB stores index data a index-software like Solr. Atlas uses the index data heavily during search and other operations. It is possible to recover/rebuild the index data from the data in the data-store. This JIRA is to document the steps to recover/rebuild the index data and utility scripts for the same..
