moving plugins from experimental
Hi all,
We are accumulating a few plugins in the experimental tree. Has anyone given any thought about the criteria for moving a plugin from experimental to stable?
Some possible criteria:
- significant usage
- functionality known to be complete
- documentation

Everyone who uses it, whether they are ATS committers or not.
That might give us a feel for how many folks use a plugin.

can not only vote but also show support / uses of each plugins. Everyone,
when these votes comes up, please cast your vote (not just the owner /
committer of a plugin ;).
