Eroma closed AIRAVATA-3102.

Tested in https://django.staging.seagrid.org
The exception error is not displayed now in the Django portal. Since the PGA admin dashboard is no longer and users are directed to Django experiment statistics, PGA will not be tested.

The PGA is also not averrable for testing as the admin dashboard is no longer in PGA.
