Okay, just after writing this I see that I can well
first read-in the config create LogKitLoggerManager
and get a logger from it.

But while I do this I may still need a logger: for
instance URLSourceFactory wants one or the LogKitLoggerManager
wants a logget to log its messages.

So I still see some use for ServletLogger, and you?
