[jira] [Created] (MDEP-627) ClassNotFoundException: org.apache.commons.logging.LogFactory

Martin Jašek created MDEP-627:
---------------------------------

             Summary: ClassNotFoundException: org.apache.commons.logging.LogFactory
                 Key: MDEP-627
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MDEP-627
             Project: Maven Dependency Plugin
          Issue Type: Bug
         Environment: $ mvn -version
Apache Maven 3.3.9
Maven home: /usr/share/maven
Java version: 1.8.0_60, vendor: Oracle Corporation
Java home: /usr/lib/jvm/jdk1.8.0_60/jre
Default locale: cs_CZ, platform encoding: UTF-8
OS name: "linux", version: "4.9.0-4-amd64", arch: "amd64", family: "unix"

            Reporter: Martin Jašek
         Attachments: pom.xml

Whatever I do with the dependency plugin (every goal i invoke), it crashes on missing class of logger. It happens also on some older versions of the plugin, so it seems it is some "system" failure.

I'm attaching my pom, the build output is here: [https://pastebin.com/nE2RMGqg] (too big to upload).
