   I would like to use ENV variables instead of `kamel` binary parameters. 
   
   For instance
   ```
   export KAMEL_INSTALL_MAVEN_REPOSITORY=http://mynexus.com
   kamel install
   ```
   would have the same result as
   `kamel install --maven-repository http://mynexus.com`
