Add customers to email lists

Hi there,

I would like to be able to send emails to customers who have:

- Bought for an amount more the XXXX
- Have bought in a specific store

I am having a very difficult time making those searches. I can only search
for customers . Then i have to click on each customer to add them to an
email list....

How do I automatically create these kind of email list? I cannot find any
way to add customers to email lists without going into a specific custumer?
