New MaxSVN releases (incl. 1.8.16 and 1.9.4)

Hi,

I'm happy to announce the release of new MaxSVN versions today:
- 1.7.22-5
- 1.8.16-1
- 1.9.4-1
- 1.9.x-dev-4-r1743454-1
- trunk-dev-r1743999-1

These versions were built with an updated set of dependencies/build tools:
- VS 2015 Update 2
- CMake 3.5.2
- SCons 2.5.0
- Apache httpd 2.4.20
- Expat 2.1.1
- OpenSSL 1.0.2h
- PCRE 8.38
- sqlite 3.13.0

Highlights in these versions are:
- signed download archives
- hash values provided for download integrity checking
- extended test coverage (especially for SVN itself)
- patches used to build MaxSVN direclty accessible
- significant build system improvements, extending the automatization
and integrity of MaxSVN builds
- 1.7 with serf integration

Please note that MaxSVN is a development distribution and not intended
for production use!
