Removing obsolete SVN Tags

While working on the new SVN structure, I have found the following
obsolete tags and want to check what others think about removing them
:

https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/tuscany/sca-java-1.x/tags/1.5.1-RC1/
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/tuscany/sca-java-1.x/tags/1.5.1-RC2/
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/tuscany/sca-java-1.x/tags/1.5.1-RC3/
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/tuscany/sca-java-1.x/tags/1.5.1-RC4/

https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/tuscany/sca-java-2.x/tags/2.0-M4-RC1/
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/tuscany/sca-java-2.x/tags/2.0-M4-RC2/
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/tuscany/sca-java-2.x/tags/2.0-M4-RC3/
 (*** this should be renamed as the official 2.0-M4 release tag)

I have also found a duplicated tag :

https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/tuscany/tags/java/maven-eclipse-compiler-1.0/
 (*** this should be removed after the copy from r744084 ? )
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/tuscany/maven-plugins/tags/maven-eclipse-compiler-1.0/
(keep as it's in the right place)

If I don't hear any objections, I'll remove them sometime in Friday.

+1 for the 1.5.1 ones. I neglected to remove them when I created the
final 1.5.1 tag.
