Saxon DOM

Hello cocoon users,

      I'm trying to run an example of session transformer from
      http://cocoon.apache.org/2.1/developing/webapps/contexts.html ,
      but I get an The Saxon DOM cannot be updated exception. I'm
      running cocoon 2.1.6 with saxon 6.5.3 as a default xslt
      transformer. What can be wrong?

      I've searched mail archives a little bit, and found a few
      solutions like deleting META-INF from saxon.jar. Tried that,
      then saxon doesn't work at all, xalan becomes the default
      transformer, but session transformer works. Then there was
      a suggestion to put xerces or xalan jars to container's
      (mine - tomcat 5.0) endorsed dir, but that does nothing:
      Saxon works as it should, and session transformer produces
      the same saxon exception.

      Any help would be greatly appreciated.
