[jira] [Commented] (CAMEL-11238) Run tests of JMS component against Apache Artemis

    [ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CAMEL-11238?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=16192384#comment-16192384 ]

Tomohisa Igarashi commented on CAMEL-11238:
-------------------------------------------

I put some work on top of [~zregvart]'s and made most of the tests run with both of ActiveMQ5 and Artemis.
https://github.com/igarashitm/camel/commits/CAMEL-11238

But... number of tests intermittently and randomly fails with empty message, expected number of messages are not received, cannot connect to server, and etc... while ActiveMQ5 never fails. I think we can't merge them as it would make CI unstable. Further investigation required.

> We should try to flush out any issues that might be related to ActiveMQ Artemis support in camel-jms (and perhaps other JMS components), by running the tests against Artemis.
> We could consider creating profiles to run against Artemis or ActiveMQ 6.x or two executions of surefire/failsafe with different dependencies.
