[JIRA] Updated: (FOR-455) Title attribute of and tags not used in stylesheets...

Here is a patch which take into account the title attribute of <changes> and <todo> tags if it exits (and the old hard coded title else...)
It updates 
- main/webapp/resources/stylesheets/changes2document.xsl
- main/webapp/resources/stylesheets/todo2document.xsl
    Changes:
             Attachment changed to patch.txt

Title of History of modification page and Todo List is hard coded into the stylesheets instead of using the title of <changes> and <todo> attributes if it exits.
