Java code rename to Qpid

I am ready to check in the first phase of the Java rename.

This will rename everything to qpid, the second phase we can pull out 
the dbd code.

Any preferences for the timing of this check-in?

getting there - this issue that svn did not take all the changes that I 
had local. so trying to work out what the heck
is going on.

I thought we would rename to org.apache.qpid ... ?

No worries. Other JPMC guys have gone home and I'm working on the .NET 
client.

I will try do it in about 40 minutes, still finding some errors in the 
shell scripts
