Components like HBase, and Storm have additional master component additions available from the Service Actions menu.  For consistency purposes, the suggestion to add the ability to add an additional Ooze Server.  Suggestion  is "+ Add Oozie Server", just like we have for HBase "+ Add HBase Master".
