   I know you don't want this closed, but since it's a feature request, I'm going to move it over to the "Ideas" forum on Github Discussion where feature requests are supposed to go these days.
   
   Also worth noting, while the total indeed does not appear in the tooltip, you CAN click the "show value" checbox to see the aggregated totals at the top of the bars.
