RishiRajAnand opened a new issue, #3331:

   Presently, When we build images with Docker buildx, kie-tools-builder uses docker-container by default. docker-container driver runs docker builds in their own isolated environment and doesn't have access to other images that are built locally.
   To fix this, there should be an option to switch to default docker driver.
