Impalad has a /sessions page showing all the client sessions and connections. We need a similar page on catalogd showing all the connections from impalads. Some helpful information:
 * impalad host and port
 * socket fd
 * thread id corresponds to the /threadz page
 * status: poll(), process() etc.
