Variable NodeRevisionContent length

I am writing a custom store that stores an xml document that contains
parameters for a Hibernate query.

When a GET is done on that xml document my retrieveRevisionContent reads the
xml, parses it and feeds Hibernate the query string and other settings and
executes the query in a Hibernate session. I then want to set the
NodeRevisionContent contents to the xml serialization of the results from
the Hibernate query. This works great until the results exceed the size of
the original xml and then the results are truncated.

I can't find in the code where the reader reads the contents of the
NodeRevisionContent object I am returning. I believe it is using the length
value in the NodeRevisionDescriptor, but I can't find a place to set that to
the length of the new content.

I will keep looking, but if someone knows off the top of their head it would
save me a lot of time. Oliver?
