Added: java/src/org/apache/soap/encoding/soapenc
VectorSerializer.java
Log:
Serializer for Vectors and Enumerations. Only serializes right now, as we need some form of configuration to indicate that a particular SOAP-ENC:array should deserialize to a Vector...
