As a user I want to use API in order to obtain status of provisioned resources.

 

*Acceptance criteria:*
1. API should retrieve and return STATUS of following resources:
1.1. subnet
1.2. role
1.3. profiles
1.4. policy
1.5. security Groups
1.6. bucket
