XmlBeans - migrate gradle build

Hi Devs,

I think the gradle build is ready and I will merge now the changes to the trunk.

I haven't fixed/adapted the ant build anymore - I hope you are ok with that.

After merging, I'll adapt the jenkins configs. The docs around building are also to be adapted.
