Auto Start Instances

Hello, good community,

Is there a way to automatically start instances when the host server is UP?

The SystemVMs are UP automatically!

Centos8
Cloudstack: 4.15
Hypervisor: KVM

Hi. Just set 'HA Enabled' for service offerings, which are used for vm with
auto launch capability.
