As a result of testing IGNITE-24895, it was discovered that there is an incorrect resolving of the node to which the message will be sent in *org.apache.ignite.internal.network.DefaultMessagingService#resolveRecipientAddress*. The current node does not need to send messages to itself. Even if they do not have the same ID due to a change in physical topology.
