> OAK-3349 introduces the tail generation, an additional generation number associated to each segment that is consulted during the cleanup phase to determine if a segment should be removed. The tail generation is currently only preset in the segments. For efficiency purposes, it should be added to the TAR index instead, like the full generation number.
