[I] [Feature] Support logarithm in Gauge Chart [echarts]

### What problem does this feature solve?
Sometimes, the maximum and minimum values may differ by several orders of magnitude. It would be nice if the gauge chart could support logarithms。
### What does the proposed API look like?
```js
{
type:'gauge'
axisType: 'log'
}
```

Ticks of log data are not evenly distributed.
Current:
`| 1 1 1 1 | 1 1 1 1 |`
Expected:
`| 1 1 11| 1 1 11|`
