Description:
Perhaps we can provide a facility that would pull the template from the repository whether remote or local.

We can also add the following targets:
genapp:install = installs the template
genapp:create-template = creates a template project based on an existing project
genapp:test-template = tests the template by creating an instance of the template in the target directory, and runs the tests in generated instance.
