Dynamic Proxy instead of Stubs

I was wondering if anyone was interested in getting dynamic proxies to work instead of stubs.  java.lang.reflect.Proxy etc.  I am just getting familiar with AXIS and still do not know how to manipulate the APIs to publish a service of my own.  Perhaps there is a guide for this?  I would additionally not know how to get this into the right point in AXIS.  But if anyone knows I could write this code.
