Hoss Man resolved SOLR-3556.
----------------------------
Resolution: Fixed
Fix Version/s: (was: 3.6.3)
4.0
As of 4.0, LBHttpSolrServer is implemented using org.apache.http.client.
3.x is now bug fix only, so no new LBHttpSolrServer implementation will be added to that branch.

> With SOLR-2020 Solr 3.6 provides a HttpSolrServer based on Apache Http Components. But the LBHttpSolrServer still uses commons-httpclient.
> It would be cool if you could provide a loadbalancing implementation based on HttpComponents as well.
