[RELEASE PLANNING] Target Date

Hi,

We seem to have stabilized the build. I'd like to start working on getting
a release in place with whatever content we have. My target date is mid
February.

I need the following from you:

1. Hold the line on keeping the build successful.
2. Check in whatever changes you want to be part of the release.
3. Communicate any pending changes that you feel must be in.

Overall, I want to shoot for a new release every 8-12 weeks. We'll release
whatever content we have at the time knowing that we'll do another release
a bit later.

Thoughts?

One thing I'd remind people of also is that the Messages Guide is getting very out-of-date. If you are adding or changing messages in bin/SqlciErrors.txt, please change the Messages Guide also.
