Customize Dojo Textarea Toolbar

Hi All,
I am using Dojo Textarea, and it works fine but I am not able to change the
toolbar options. 
Here is the code, it doesn’t not change any thing

<sx:textarea id="useid" name="inUse" >
<st:param name="editorControls" >textGroup;|;justifyGroup</st:param>
</sx:textarea>

Any idea how to make it work
